Exhibitors
A limited number of exhibit tables will be available to non-profit organizations at the following rates:
- 1 table – $100
- 2 tables – $150
- 3 tables – $200
Exhibitor Hours
- Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
What’s Included
- Skirted 8′ table(s) and two chairs in the conference hallways/breezeways (first come/first pick)
- Name badges for one or two representatives
- Listing with live links on the conference website
- Listing in the conference booklet
- Access to electricity (bring extension cords)
- Meals & snacks
- Wireless internet
- Keynote sessions
What’s NOT Included
- Exhibitors will not have access to any breakout or pre-conference sessions unless they are also registered as a participant
- More than two representatives per exhibit
