Exhibitors

A limited number of exhibit tables will be available to non-profit organizations at the following rates:

  • 1 table – $100
  • 2 tables – $150
  • 3 tables – $200

Exhibitor Hours

  • Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What’s Included

  • Skirted 8′ table(s) and two chairs in the conference hallways/breezeways (first come/first pick)
  • Name badges for one or two representatives
  • Listing with live links on the conference website
  • Listing in the conference booklet
  • Access to electricity (bring extension cords)
  • Meals & snacks
  • Wireless internet
  • Keynote sessions

What’s NOT Included

  • Exhibitors will not have access to any breakout or pre-conference sessions unless they are also registered as a participant
  • More than two representatives per exhibit
